First, Cupid was the little half-naked guy who ran around with a bow and arrow shooting arrows into couples who immediately fell madly in love. Probably from Greek Mythology – we all know how horny those Greeks were!
Stupidity, on the other hand, is the entire left side of the aisle in Congress!
So, they feel we should not accept a gift to the American people of a jet plane from Qatar. Now, as someone recently commented on News Max – perhaps Finnerty the Great – as well as the correct side of the aisle of Congress – “If that’s the case then we should return the Statue of Liberty to France!” Who could deny the logic of that? All those who suffer from TDS, of course!
I would gladly ignore the advice of Samuel Clemons (Mark Twain for you who have never read much) and argue that point with any fool! And, if necessary, pin him down and make him agree with me! At least, even as a fool, I will not lose the wrestling match – I am a Black Belt in Marital Arts. My wife, who I refer to as my Marital Arts Opponent, is also a Black Belt – Over 50 years of matrimony to the same person! (We are striving for 100YEARS – The Black and Blue Belt!)
